I am both a solicitor and notary public.

As a solicitor I am employed by Womble Bond Dickinson (UK) LLP.  I handle all aspects of private client work, with particular emphasis on asset protection and capital taxes planning for high net worth individuals.  My main areas of expertise include wills, trusts, inheritance tax, probate, lasting powers of attorney, advance decisions and advice on the death benefits of life and pension policies.  I act as a trustee for many family trusts and advise on all aspects of trusteeship and trust management.   I have a particular interest in legal issues relating to end of life decision making and succession and capacity issues relating to people with property interests in more than one country.

I qualified as a notary public in 2012 and find my many years of experience as a private client solicitor very helpful when carrying out work as a notary public.  Womble Bond Dickinson (UK) LLP have a large corporate team which I can turn to in relation to notarial work for corporate clients.

My notarial practice is completely independent of Womble Bond Dickinson (UK) LLP, so although you will receive emails from me with from Womble Bond Dickinson email address your contract is with me in my capacity as a notary public regulated through the Faculty Office of the Archbishop of Canterbury.
